Enroll in Ivanti Identity Director to unlock and reset network passwords, removing the need to contact ITSD. Instructions for enrolling in the Ivanti Identity Director. ITSD issued new guidance for resetting passwords (download the updated word doc) during teleworking.
ITSD recommends that staff click on the green desktop icon titled Force System Updates once a week to ensure computers remain up-to-date and secure.
